With the world culinary scene as our backdrop, EWC has added a team of food pros to its service offerings who will work with venue catering staff and/or local catering firms to design flavorful, health-conscious menu options that will be created to maintain energy, reflect local area food choices and are presented in a forum that brings enjoyment and interaction.

Chef Prizzi is celebrated for her culinary excellence and attention to detail, Chef Prizzi is well known for her subtle fusion of classic French cooking into meal preparation. Her passion and adventurous spirit are what have created loyal fans around the world.


She is a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America program at Cornell University’s Management Hotel and Restaurant Master’s program and the Simone Beck Cooking School in Paris, France. Chef Annie honed her skills in her native New York, drawing upon 17 years international experience with the iconic Windows on the World restaurant. She refined her epicurean talents in Costa Rica where her restaurant Annie’s Bistro, on Costa Rica’s Flamingo Coast, became one of the country’s most desirable dining venues After relocating to Southwest Florida, Chef Annie founded Pure Life Kitchen, dedicated to leading the way in the exploration, discovery, and celebration of locally grown, healthy and sustainable food. Pure Life Kitchen offers wine-paired dinners, cooking at the restaurant and in-homes, catering for special events and private parties.

Throughout her career, she has earned several awards including the James Beard Foundation’s Outstanding Education Achievement. A highlight of her career was cooking alongside French culinary icon Chef Jean Louis Palladin.

Chef Annie is committed to creating fresh seasonal dishes that are good for the plate, the palate and the planet. Her love for experimentation using the choicest ingredients keeps her clients and guests happy and wanting more.

Chef Dennis Williford’s culinary experience has taken him to New York and London where he worked alongside Chef Ashbell McElveen. After a three-year stint as a culinary consultant in in Turks and Caicos, Chef Dennis was the Executive Sous Chef for the James Hemings History on A Plate Dinner at the MidAtlantic Food and Wine Festival.

Chef Dennis comes to EWC with 20+ years’ experience with food techniques and trends which makes him a true culinary connoisseur. He has trained at the French Culinary Institute. He also has vast experience not only creating exceptional meals for others but highlighting them through his photographic expertise. Chef Dennis brings his wealth of knowledge and creativity to EWC.
